  • Sounds like a relatively good idea to me on the surface!  Not certain about the firing of CEO's, but bankruptcy, elimination of union contracts, reorganization with financial relief is certainly the ticket!!!! If you fire the CEO he will get a huge bonus!!!!

  • Either bankruptcy or pass legislation that will provide relief from all these pension funds!!! Even governments, state & city budgets have outrageously stupid pension & retirement funds for future employees that should be revamped!

  • $28ish is good salary... the union contracts are overwhelming the costs!!!! Provide conditional relief coupled with a bankruptcy, to restructure, reorganize & negotiate/eliminate some of the incredibly ridiculous benefits to retired workers.

  • They need to file bankruptcy and restructure! The union contracts are out of control.  That is the primary reason we have lost jobs in the US.  Companies seek cheaper labor! Foreign automakers are operating in the US profitably, why?  No unions!!!!
